Simple pricing by active subscriber
An active subscriber is a distinct customer with at least one subscription that's currently billing. Trials and paused subscriptions never count. Payment add-ons are included from the Starter tier upward — connect PayFast, Paystack or Peach Payments to your own merchant account, or keep collecting manually at any tier.
What counts as an active subscriber?
A distinct customer with at least one subscription in active or past_due. Trialing and paused subscriptions don't count. We bill on the peak count reached during the period, and going over your tier's limit never interrupts billing — you'll see an upsell banner instead.
